Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the event that goods are damaged or faulty on arrival,
please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise
no claim can be considered. We will be happy to supply you
with replacement goods immediately with no additional postage
costs.
Returns Policy
We are happy to refund you for the full price of the product
(less the cost of Post & Packaging) should you not be 100%
satisfied with the goods for whatever reason. The only exception
to this are designs which are either Bespoke or Personalised
to which no refunds can be given. The refund will be issued
once the goods are received back in satisfactory re saleable
condition.

Your right to privacy is very important. We recognise that
when you choose to provide us with information about yourself
you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this
information should only be used to help us provide you with
